13 Point Roster Vs 200 Point Roster In Detail Here

What is the roster?

First of all, it is important to know what is the roster after all. Generally, the people who work in the office will often hear the word. It is known by different names, such as shift charts, duty charts or roster, but this word has more significance. The roster is actually a way of determining which category Wakecens get in any department. For example, the reserved category or unreserved class

13 Point Roster System

13 Point Roster is a system in which 13 appointments are recorded in a random manner. In this regard, the University is considered as a unit by not considering the unit (unit). That is, under this arrangement, the total posts of teachers are not calculated according to the university or college, according to the department or subject.

Consider this: -

Suppose that 4 vacancies have been made in any department, the first three of them will be for the general ie Unreserved class whereas the fourth Wakansi will be for the OBC or reserved category. After this, when the next Wakansi will come, they will count from 5. I.e. for the fifth and sixth vacancy Unreserved class, then for the Seventh Schedule. Similarly, again for the eighth, ninth and tenth vaccine unreserved (general category) for the 12th Wakensi OBC. This sequence will last only till 13 and after 13, it will start again with number 1.

200 Point Roster System

The recruitment of faculty in the universities of the country was done under the 200-point roster. Under this system, the entire university is assumed to be a unit and then reservation quota is assessed by combining all the posts of a particular category. Due to the University being considered as a unit, the participation of candidates of every class was ensured. Until recently, reservations were given only on the basis of 200 point roster systems in colleges and universities. How you were given reservation in this system, you can understand such a thing.

Understand the 200 point roster:

Suppose that in this system, if the posts are to be divided according to the category, then the number will be 200. After this, it will start again with 1,2,3,4 numbers. Now, when the figure goes up to 200 then obviously there will be vaccinations for reserved category (SC, ST, and OBC). While it is not possible to do this in the 13 point roster system. This is because the unit was created instead of the university, due to which it is difficult to get vaccinations in the number 13. With the introduction of 13 Point Roster system, seats reduced for reserved category. And under this system, the university was treated as the unit instead of considering the unit. In such a situation, there will not be such a wake-up call at all.
